Products damaged in transit are the responsibility of the Freight Service provider, again please retain the products in original condition and retain any broken packaging which may be required as proof by the Freight Company.
Enhanse Natural Wellbeing takes extreme care when packaging your order for delivery. Each product is checked for defects and faults, and wrapped in protective cushioned packaging before being placed into a satchel or box for delivery which is then marked fragile.
(Please note: some products such as gift bags, and boxes, are dispatched from the manufacturer, with an outer plastic or cellophane covering for extra protection during transit.
On occasion the cellophane or plastic may be crinkled or slightly split. This is by no means considered a fault or damage, we will usually leave this outer covering on as a further means of protection in transit. The wrapping is designed to be removed from the product for presentation when you receive it.
Once we are satisfied that all products are free of any obvious damage, fault, or defect, we then photograph your order. We will retain images of the orders we send, to assure you that we are only dispatching high quality product. In the event that your order is damaged in transit, the photograph can validate for the information of the Freight Company, that your products were free of damage upon dispatch from us, which may assist your claim against the freight service.
